Franklin Meadows Auxiliary Construction Form

If you plan on making any major changes to the exterior of your home (additions, decks, patio, sunroom, siding, color, etc.), adding a shed, or making any other changes that require review from the Board, the following form MUST be filled out completely and submitted to the Board for review and approval before construction can begin. Along with the completed form must be a drawing of the proposed construction and material list. Read and understand the form and bylaws thoroughly before you get too far into the project!!!

The Board is not responsible for expenses incurred for construction not approved by the Board that fail to meet the requirements of the Bylaws.  For more information Click Here
